SafeAssign, which compares student submissions against a set of academic papers to identify plagiarism and/or academic misconduct in Blackboard, will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on November 19th at 6 am to ensure its continued reliability and performance. It is approximated that the updates will take about 2 hours, during which SafeAssign will be completely unavailable.
Anthology recommends that instructors who use this tool plan ahead and reschedule submissions or assessments, if necessary, to avoid being impacted by this maintenance period.
