Our events don't end in September! Check out the Healthy Minds for Stressful Times series, which runs throughout the Fall semester.

This group will run virtually and exists to provide support, tools, and strategies for students who are feeling overwhelmed and/or experiencing stress or anxiety.

The group starts on Thursday October 7 and will run for nine weeks, every Thursday from 1:30 – 3:00 PM over Zoom. You can come for as few or as many sessions as you would like!
