Are you a student who identifies with having a disability or had an Individualized Education Program (IEP)? Accessible Learning Services invites you to attend Transitions to Success.
Transitions to Success is an orientation event designed to provide students with disabilities with resources and information to assist in transitioning to post-secondary studies at Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber.

Where: Humber College, North Campus
Students will have an opportunity to interact with current students connected with Accessible Learning Services, get to know their campus resources, and learn tips to manage their wellness. This event is a great opportunity to meet fellow students who are also starting their post-secondary journey and build a supportive network.
Topics include:
- Understanding Your Accommodation Letter
- Time Management and Memory Strategies
- How to Communicate with Professors
- Establishing Positive Habits and Managing Stress
- How to Use Assistive Technology
Why Attend?
Because starting college and university can be overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be! This event will help you feel more confident, connected, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll leave with practical tools, new friends, and a strong sense of ‘I got this’ because ‘We Got You!’
