Beginning Fall 2024, student property and liability insurance is included as part of Humber Residence Fees. Humber Residence will provide the resident's name, residence address and room number, email address, and move in date to the insurer on their behalf to activate the resident's insurance policy.

Participation is mandatory for all residents and will provide primary property and liability coverage while living in residence.

Residents will receive a policy in their name within 60 days of the start of the semester that they first move into residence. Click here for an overview
