  1. Kiwi Mojito

If you missed the ecstatic vacation to the Caribbean this Summer, then this mocktail is right up your alley! Treat yourself to this classic uptake of a mojito with a kiwi fusion that sets you sunbathing on a relaxing sandy beach.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis, chopped
  • Cucumber, sliced (optional)
  • 1 lemon
  • Mint leaves
  • Honey
