Class Description

Join our Muscle Conditioning session, meticulously crafted to amplify your physical strength via weight-bearing and resistance exercises. Every major muscle group is targeted comprehensively, providing a head-to-toe workout experience. Concluding with focused core training and rejuvenating stretches, this class offers a well-rounded and invigorating workout.
