Class Description
This functional, low-impact fitness class combines strength training and Pilates to help you build a strong, fit, and healthy body. Using a mix of weighted drills, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic intervals, this class targets every major muscle group to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels.
