During a trip to Samana, Dominican Republic, I spoke to these young brothers who were out fishing by the waterfront. They spoke of their local poverty and how they often had nothing to eat. I learned more about them and their endurance to survive by fishing for live fish bait to sell to local fishermen. Their names were Eduardo and Tomas. The image itself captures the class divide of our world as mansions and yachts stand on just the other side of the bay.
