Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) I think the idea stemmed from my longing to hibernate for a very long time and in a sense go back to a womb, and plunge deep into the soil. I've always adored dreaming. And I had dreamed of a planet solely made of flowers, foliage, and hues of sky that an eye witnesses when it wakes up and looks up. All I could see was this landscape etched on my ceiling and a moon slumbering somewhere in that dream-like realm from my head. It was as if I had crawled into a flower pot, a womb, all over again in this life. The dreamscape is a juxtaposition of 3 images taken in fragments, two in 2023 and one in 2022.
