A lot of my artwork surrounds my connection to the world around me, specifically animals and nature. Through my photography I've gotten in the habit of spending more time outdoors, which has been incredibly beneficial to my mental health. Spending so much time around nature keeps me grounded and allows me to relax. I love photographing wildlife because it gives me the opportunity to get up close and really immerse myself in the environment. Nothing else makes me feel more like I have a place in this world than being around the other inhabitants of our planet.
