Art Description: Students often feel overwhelmed. They can not escape from their own negative thoughts because they do not have the motivation to. One who is overwhelmed can feel trapped and truly alone. I wanted to show how powerful feeling overwhelmed is, so that people who may not be experiencing this level of stress can understand what others are going through and be more empathetic and helpful.
