Title of Artwork: Lost At Sea
Art Description: I wanted to try to create a piece that mixed different mediums as I had seen a few people do this and thought it looked nice and fun to try. I have done a form of art called junk journalling, that essentially uses different papers, textures, stickers and the like to create something interesting. Mixing my love for that with my love for painting, seemed like the perfect thing to do and so, came this piece. When I first brought the canvas out to start, I had nothing in mind. I started putting down paint on the canvas for a base and put down whatever I thought would look nice and I am proud of how it turned out, especially considering this was my first time doing something like this.
