Art Description: The use of colour and shadows has always defined my work, I like playing with the absence of information throughout my photos, so I can only show the parts of the subject I wish to highlight.
My photos are lit by a strobe, helping me retain the texture and details of the subject.
I’ve always loved capturing human figures, as I find it mesmerizing to look at them in a different and unusual way.
I find that the most interesting part of an image is not the subject, but what is around it, because that is what gives the context and feel of the artwork.
Oasis, the name if this photo, is one that I want to take since I first started my journey as a professional photographer. I find that the human body is of great beauty and when you take only a part of it, you can see deserts, oceans, or grasslands.
This photo depicts the way we can be in tune with nature, with the natural resources and animals around us, the way we can nurture the animals as they can heal us.
