The Humber Conference Services team has always been client-focused and provided an excellent experience for our group business. The team is incredibly attentive to each individual group’s needs and always finds a way to exceed the level of service our groups expect. With groups varying in size from 10 to 500+, the Conference Service Team always ensures that they provide additional value by ensuring there is bus parking, proper meal times and more. Working with some post-secondary institutions for housing and group business can be tough to navigate for third parties or travel agencies, but the team at Humber certainly gets it and makes every booking a seamless experience. When we were looking for locations to use for Locke & Key, we knew we required a very specific architectural style to suit the creative needs of the show, but we also knew we needed more than that -  we also had to find a site that would truly be our partner in the enterprise.  The requirements of filming, particularly long-term television production, demand flexible logistics and problem-solving attitudes from our location contacts, and we found all of that in spades when working with the Conference Services at Humber.  We had an excellent experience, would recommend them highly to other producers, and look forward to continuing our work with them in the seasons to come.
