Humber’s new Conference & Event Centre is located on the 5th floor of the Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation at North Campus.
We are excited to provide an inspiring environment perfect for the Humber community and external clients to host their next conference, meeting, or event. The Central Events Office will streamline your planning process by coordinating the event logistics for all events held in the new Conference & Events Centre. We will book your space, organize room set-up, coordinate catering, and arrange AV requirements. This creative Low Waste Event Space* will feature portable podiums, built-in projectors and screens, wireless audio/video connectivity, wireless lavalier microphones, and web conferencing capabilities.
Full day rates apply to bookings up to a maximum of 10 hours. Special setup request will incur additional labour fees.
Users of this space are required to supply their own laptop and accessories (USB, HDMI, or other connection cables) if they wish to display a presentation or perform web conferencing.
*When ordering catering in a designated Low Waste Event Spaces, china service will be the default at no additional cost. Disposable plates, cutlery, and glasses will not be available in these locations.
