Answer Sheet Scanning Service

If you use the central answer sheet scanning service offered by Information Technology Services, be advised that the form students use to mark their responses has changed.

Going forward, legacy SCANTRON forms will no longer be accepted. Effective immediately, instructors are asked to start using a new, non-proprietary answer sheet.

Using the new form is quick and easy. Simply visit humber.ca/staff/its, click the Answer Sheet Scanning link, and print (double sided) as many Answer Sheets as needed.

Note that the new answer sheet solution is as easy to use and offers the same features as the legacy form. No special training is needed to start using the new answer sheet. But unlike the legacy form, the new answer sheet works on modern scanners. And switching to a non-proprietary solution saves Humber the expense of buying printed forms.

Instructors are asked to use the new answer sheet effective immediately. Assessments already completed on legacy SCANTRON forms will be accepted until the end of the week.
