You may register at any point during your academic program however, we recommend you register as soon as you are enrolled in courses.

  • Contact our Client Care Facilitator Team at swac@humber.ca or call 416.675.5090 for North Campus, 416-675-6622 ext. 3331 for Lakeshore Campus to schedule an appointment with an Accessibility Consultant.

Step 2: Complete the Intake Process

  • Our Client Care Facilitator Team will guide you through the intake and ask you to submit your disability-related documentation. Documentation requirements vary depending on the nature of the disability. For specific information, please review the Disability Documentation Requirements.

Step 3: Attend Your Appointment

  • Your first appointment with an Accessibility Consultant provides you with an opportunity to discuss how your disability impacts you on a day-to-day basis, particularly in learning environments. At this appointment you will discuss your accommodation needs and learn about resources available to support your learning. You may find it helpful to prepare in advance any questions you would like to ask. We encourage you to review our First Appointment Checklist.
