Making updates or corrections to questions while students are active in a test may lead to the corruption of student responses. Please avoid adjusting test content while the test is underway. Corruption is particularly noticeable in tests that include fill-in-the-blank style questions.
You may be able to recover lost answers by the following: From the “Grid View” of Gradebook–> Click “…” besides the test with this issue, then select “download results”. The downloaded file contains the students’ submissions.
