Accommodation Letter Distribution

Would you like Accessible Learning Services to email your accommodation letter directly to your instructors?  

If you choose NO, ALS will email your accommodation letter to you, and you will be responsible for sending it to your instructors. 

If you choose YES, you consent to ALS sharing information about your accommodations with all of your instructors and senior administration for the purpose of implementing your accommodations.

Accommodation Renewal Information

You can only request accommodation letters for current or future semesters that appear below.

If the future semester you require is not available, please check again closer to the start of that semester.

Your letter will be processed with your previously approved accommodations while your request is under review. You will be notified of the next steps once it has been reviewed.
Without consent of the Privacy Information Statement we cannot renew your Accommodations online.
You are required to contact your Accessibility Consultant in order to renew your accommodations for the semester.
