The various views amaze me, be it bird's eye-view, or a simple eye-level observation.
The city of Toronto has a beautiful skyline when seen from the South direction. (sat from Toronto Islands). But it has a different view from the Tommy Thompson Park. Even the perspective changes when one changes their glass i.e. the vision, the angles.

The Toronto skyline is focused through this mini stone sculpture assembled in a quest to attain balance. As balance is the crux of life, so this picture depicts the importance of a balanced vision, and I think it is beautiful.

It's also really pretty to see the bird's curled up feathers and fluff, along with the colours on its forehead. 2022 Nicholas Barnsdale Bachelor of Journalism Lakeshore Campus Social Media 07-03-2022

As i walked i couldn't help but notice everything was dull , the dead leaves, dead trees, lack of colour due to the melting snow. I was overwhelmed with feelings of numbness and dullness. I took a moment to breath and as i looked at my feet i saw the smallest mushroom standing about a 1/3 of an inch tall. It was a beautiful neon orange/red colour. In that moment i felt joy and remembered that perspective is everything. This beautiful tiny mushroom reminded me that theres always positives within the negatives and sometimes were too consumed with the bigger picture or plan that we forget about the beautiful micro details in our lives. 2021 Jillian Hicks Police Foundations Lakeshore Campus Email 07-03-2022

The crayons have four important emotions are trust, hope warmth, and joy. It is like our life is balance with those emotions. Trust is a colour of blue that is to believe in yourself than others. It makes us feel confident and secure. Hope is a colour of green that gives us hope with promises of growth, prosperity and provides to help us along the way. Warmth is a colour of orange that is to feel energy and love. It encourages communication and creativity. Joy is three colours of yellow that is to feel happy and cheerful. We are supposed to enjoy the moments that bring us fun and be happy with what we have. All of those colours are showing us outside of emotions but inside is the opposite that we may have no colours. We have to let the tears go. 2020 Rebecca Panampunna Media Communications North Campus Email 07-03-2022

Colour Photography Digital Photography, Other 11 x 8 x 6 Original Piece A group of my friends took a road trip to Halifax this summer and we toured so many attractions, as one does. This is the one that stood out the most to me. The East Coast of Canada is known for their victorian era stye houses, and all the colours that come with them. This house was named Halifax's "Wedding Cake House" and was built in 1885 for the towns former Mayor. As we were appreciating the amazing colour and the history of this house, a local was walking by and gave us the run down of the house itself and events that used to occur there, although I don't remember everything they said, it definitely gave me goosebumps. My friends and I were in awe, and I could not help snap a picture and remember that moment forever 2021 Bailey Logan-McGrath Developmental Services Worker Lakeshore Campus Email 07-03-2022

Coming to Canada, for me is learning new things and adapting to new life. The picture was taken a few weeks leading up to Halloween, it shows the interaction between two good old friends having a conversation in the open space in between skyscrapers downtown Toronto. The pigeons add interesting composition in relation to how animals interact with all of us. 2021 Indrawan Kumala Supply Chain Management Graduate Certificate North Campus Email 07-03-2022

Colour Photography Other 24"x15.9" Original Piece When I attended the Every Child Matters protest in the summer of 2021, I was very moved when we reached City Hall and all the children gleefully ran into the fountain to cool off and play. I thought it was symbolic of the innocence and optimism of children and made me think of how similar these children are to those who lost their lives or suffered trauma in the residential schools. 2021 Asa Berezny Bachelor of Music- Guitar Lakeshore Campus Email 07-03-2022
