The photograph submission showcases the National Museum of Singapore towering over a structure of children's playing blocks in the foreground. I was inspired to capture this shot as I wished to encapsulate the juxtaposition of the youthfulness and innocence of the blocks with the complexity and grandness of the antique pieces of history stored in the museum. Additionally, I wished to highlight how every new start in life can lead to more magnificent and dignified results with enough patience, nurture and care.
