Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) I am a president of a small organization. After finishing the review meeting about the work and what the team did, I received feedback about myself. I feel that what I contribute has not been properly recognized by some other people. As the person behind the team's projects ("backstage"), I think I need to accept misunderstandings or insults behind my back. The gossip behind other people's backs will make you stronger inside and better at your duties. It is expressed through beautiful colorful flowers but the body is thorny like needles. At the same time, the poster also wants to commend the people working behind the scenes ("backstage"). They may be unknown people, but thanks to them, the people on stage can shine brightly.
