Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) Since I started immersing myself into the world that is photography, I've been compelled to take a very appealing and creative photograph of a watch which is how this image came to be. I didn’t just want to create a repetitive and generic watch photo. Rather, I wanted to incorporate specific elements that wouldn’t hinder the focal point of the image but instead be more appealing, as well as enhance the overall quality of the photo. The clock GOBO in the background of the photo was made with roman numerals as the hours so that it could bring more sophistication to the tone of the composition. I didn't want to just take a photo of a watch directly placed on a table, so I decided to configure the watch on top of an arrangement of carefully placed rocks to add more to the layout and make the image pop. Overall, I am very proud of this idea and the outcome of the photo.
