Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) Shanti is a black and white portrait of a husky-mix puppy. This work was created by etching various strokes and patterns of lines removing the black ink from the white clay board, forming the portrait. It was a redeemed donation of a custom pet portrait gift certificate given to the Northern Connection Rescue auction fundraiser.
