Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) The Hindu god of new beginnings, Ganesh symbolizes success and wealth. The familiar depictions of the elephant-headed god are represented throughout the Ganesh paintings in this collection. Thought to be a remover of obstacles, Ganesh is associated with good fortune when embarking on a new endeavor.
