Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) I was provided with an opportunity to take a photos of great Ukrainian drama played by talented actors of Kiev theater of opera and ballet. I'm submitting this work in honour Ukraine, my home. The picture was taken 2 years ago, not 1, but I beg you to accept it and present it. Please, don't forget about Ukraine.
This versed historical novel is one of vertex works of the Ukrainian literature, a kind of an encyclopedia of the spiritual life of our nation in the seventeenth century. The big drama of love unfolds against epic historical events, where the fate of legendary Marusya Churay is closely intertwined with the fate of Ukraine.
