Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) There's something about being in nature, our natural habitat, that makes us feel so alive. Every breath counts, every wind touches the soul, every sunset reminds us of how every atom that makes up our complexity is just another speck of dust in this universe. When I submerge myself in the water and dissolve all my issues in the ground where we came from, and where we will eventually go back, it reminds me to accept the existence as it is. The idea seems a bit simple, but to do it might require you to just let the sun kiss your skin and give you the warmth you've been looking for, and to acknowledge that the water and sand still hold you while the waves sing a song, and you- you just exist. It needs you to let go of your counterproductive emotions, the ones that demand your personal judgement to accept something as good or bad, whereas what matters is the mere dissolving in the facts of existence. A solo act but an act of collective conscience has taken place, where your eyes and perseption do not matter because you breathe into the gifts of nature, accept the light of the sun, the love of the waves, and just dissolve, it is all of your colours that can be seen in this performance of nature.
