Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) Childhood in Peril highlights children’s vulnerability and their struggle for survival in the ongoing Russia and Ukraine war. Innocent children have been caught in the middle of two opposing forces that clash with each other. They are experiencing the impact of war, conflict, and political turmoil instead of enjoying their childhood. Children need to be protected and supported.
