Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) In this piece, I wanted to show, through Chinese items such as the colour palette, newspapers and mandarin copybooks, how compared to our generation who often tends to forget about their backgrounds and origins, this girl took the time to research and embrace her culture.
