Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) | In its entirety, "Elephant in the Room" is a powerful and timely project that speaks to the challenges faced by creatives in an ever-demanding world. By shedding light on the taboo subject of burnout and promoting a greater awareness of mental health, the project offers a message of hope and support to those struggling with the same issues. This is shown in the "melting" nature of the painting and the attempt of holdings oneself together. Ultimately, the art inspires us to reflect on the importance of taking care of our mental health, both as individuals and as a community of creatives. |
