Humber College students have built and programmed a robot that can sort recycling materials and are using it to get the next generation interested in technology.

#HumberTogether: For the first two weeks of March leading up to the anniversary of campus closures due to COVID-19,  Humber Today will publish stories showcasing the exceptional efforts of various departments, clubs and individuals over the last 365 days as part of a #HumberTogether Series. 

 

Humber Update: Mechatronics Competition, Boilermaker Donation, NSERC

Humber Electromechanical Engineering Technology students competed for a spot in the Skills Ontario competition again this year. The competition demonstrates skills in automation, mechanical build, professional practice and more. Since 2004, Humber students have won 42 medals at Skills Ontario, Skills Canada and WorldSkills competitions.
