3. Click the chat bubble to see ongoing conversations
1. Only one operator needs to be part of a conversation
2. Have this page open while the chat is active and you will get notifications once a user sends a message
4. Click the play icon to create a chatbot function (automated responses)
1. Open Visitors says
2. This is where you can toggle AI Responder on and off
1. Click edit to edit the automated messages
2. You can click the + sign on the right to add questions the users may ask
3. You can then fill automated messages to answer those questions
5. Click the Channels button to edit the chat widget appearance
6. Click the graph button to view the chat analytics
