1) Login to the manager (citywidetraining.ca/manager)

2) On the side menu - navigate to Resources, open the category you want to edit

3) Duplicate any article inside Articles or Videos, depending on what type it is

4) Once the page is duplicated, to populate an article, follow these steps


- Replace the title of the page to the name of the article you are creating
- Remove the URL Alias, an automatic alias will be created based on your new page name once saved.
- Make sure Uses Template is set to Non Date Feed
- Scroll down to where it says Template Variables
- Check any categories that the article belongs to
- Add a description for the article
- Here you can add an image by clicking the Tree Icon
- Insert the image after uploading it to the tool
- Add an alt tag description to the image
- Click Save (top right)
- Then right-click the article in the side menu and click publish
5) Once the page is duplicated, to populate a video, follow these steps

- Replace the title of the page to the name of the article you are creating
- Remove the URL Alias, an automatic alias will be created based on your new page name once saved.
- Make sure Uses Template is set to Non Date Feed
- Scroll down to where it says Template Variables
- Check any categories that the article belongs to
- Add the url of the video, add the image for the video and add the alt text to the image
- Add a description for the video (if needed)
- Click Save (top right)
- Then right-click the article in the side menu and click publish
