Pathways Tutorial

- Login to HQ - humber.ca/hq
- Click on Mobility in the top menu
Adding/Managing a Pathway

- Click General Pathways in the left side menu

- Click Add Pathway
- Select the Start Date
- Fill the From/To Program
- Select the MTCU code (if applicable)
- Select an End Date
- If it is ongoing then use "Continues"
- Fill Additional Semesters to Complete Pathway
- Select Entry Points
- Select Entry Point Year
- Add a Description
- Check if you want to Hide Apply Link
Adding/Managing External Institutions

- Click Tools in the left side menu then External Institutions

- Click Add Institution
- Fill Name
- Fill URL
- Fill City/State/Country/Continent
- Fill Street Address

- Programs then need to be added to this External Institution (Note: these programs will be the ones accessible in the MCTU module)
- Click Programs beside the External Institution
- Click Add External Institution Program
- Type in the Name of the program
- Select the Program Type
- Select the Locations of the program
Adding/Managing MTCU Pathways
- Click General Pathways in the left side menu
- Click Manage MTCU Codes


- Select External Programs that belong to the MTCU code (Note: these programs come from the External Institution program list mentioned above)
