This micro-credential introduces knowledge and practical skills to identify, manage and evaluate an organizational change using a structured change management process. Participants will implement each stage of a change process – from identification and planning to implementation and evaluation. Emphasis is placed on the development and application of a change plan supported by relevant project planning tools that guide change efforts, identify and manage risk, and ensure successful project outcomes are effectively sustained and accurately measured.Micro-credential
