The design concept was to "bring the outdoors in" and that it represents Humber in its surrounding natural environment.
As a multipurpose space, H205 provides students with a variety of spaces to work and rest. The computer lab contains thirty-eight stations plus five quick use spaces, three enclosed collaborative rooms and one open collaborative space.
Cloud whiteboard tables create an open-air concept for group work, while two picnic tables and benches are sheltered under an abstract tree canopy. Also included is the Humber Orchard wellness area located directly under the abstract apple tree.
Spaces also include private individual zones, gaming zones, and group areas include a private fireplace setting gathering space.
