You can download Collaborate Ultra recordings as MP4 files. To download a Collaborate Ultra recording:

Locating Recordings in Blackboard Ultra

1. Under the Details & Actions menu along the left side, locate Blackboard Collaborate and select the three dots button to the right.
2. In the menu, select View all Recordings.
   

Downloading a Collaborate recording

1. If required, use the Filter by menu to help you locate your recording.
   
2. At the right of the name of the recording, select the Recording Options menu and select Download.
   
3. Depending on the settings of your browser, you may be prompted for the location to save the file, or the recording may download directly into a predetermined location, such as your Downloads folder on your hard drive.
