Who implements the strategy?
The Well-being Strategy is led by the Healthy Community Committee, established in 2023. This committed group of campus representatives works across the four dimensions of well-being to guide and support the strategy’s implementation. To ensure learners' voices are central to this work, the Student Advisory Committee—an integral part of the Healthy Community Committee—provides valuable insights and perspectives on various well-being-related topics.
Who created the strategy?
The vision and framework for the Well-being Strategy were crafted by the Healthy Campus Committee (2020-2023). Through thoughtful collaboration, the committee established terms of reference, conducted campus-wide consultations, and refined the framework to focus on the four dimensions of well-being. Together, they developed the goals that form the foundation of the strategy, ensuring it reflects the needs and aspirations of the Humber community. The Well-being Strategy was launched in May, 2023.
