Humber College was named one of Canada’s Greenest Employers for the seventh year in a row.
NX Building was the first Passive House Certification for a non-residential building in Canada and the LRC at the North Campus has many sustainability features.
Humber College was ranked 62nd out of 328 institutions and 6th in Canada for Sierra Cool Schools Ranking (2021).
Humber has GOLD status with AASHE’s STARS (Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System) self-reporting program, which measures sustainability actions and achievements.
Humber is a newly certified Bee Campus (2021), and you can if you like bees, butterflies, and other pollinator species, you can take the Bee City Canada Pollinator Protection Pledge to help preserve these integral insects.
