Increasingly the public, private and non-profit sectors are required to build environments that are equitable, inclusive and anti-racist in order to foster a sense of belonging for all their constituents. We know that a diverse workforce increases innovation, creativity, market share and profitability. Designed by leading equity, inclusion, anti-racist thought leaders and practitioners, this certificate program will aid you in advancing an equity, inclusion and belonging mindset and actions.
Participants will embark on a journey to increase their capacity and competency in relation to Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (EIB) and anti-racism education and application, strengthen their EIB and anti-racism competencies and develop tools to embark on self and organizational transformation and accountability. This program is intensive and will be beneficial to persons working to advance EIB and anti-racism organizational change in their environments.
The Transformative Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Leadership program will qualify for 60 hours towards the HRPA professional development activities required.

You are required to register for each individual course included in a CE program. You can register for a course by selecting it and following the instructions in the “How to Register” box.
Each CE program is comprised of a series of courses which may all have different fees. You are required to register for each course individually and pay the associated fees. Once you select the course, the fee is displayed in the “How to Register” box.
