The Care Coordinators offer ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy to learners, and can connect them with various supports and resources available on-campus and in the community. Care Coordinators help learners navigate policy and process, provide referrals, and assist with a variety of learner concerns (e.g., financial, mental health, food insecurity, housing instability, academic considerations, etc.). Their goal is to support a learner's overall well-being and academic success.

Student Support & Intervention Coordinators (SSICs)
SSICs offer support for students affected by sexual violence so that they can focus on wellness and recovery while remaining successful in their academic pursuits. SSICs are trained in receiving disclosures and can offer referrals to legal advocacy, health support, counselling, Accessible Learning Services, and many other referrals depending on the situation. The Department of Public Safety (Security) strives to create the safest College campus in Canada. They can connect a student to Toronto Police Services; as such, Public Safety may ask the complainant to give a verbal or video statement and collect information/facts about the situation and persons involved.
