All appointments are confidential and are available to all currently enrolled students of Humber Polytechnic and University of Guelph Humber.

Health Services Appointments

To access medical care, scheduling an appointment with a doctor or nurse is necessary.

We are available Monday through Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm.

Locations:

• North Campus SWAC: LRC, 2nd floor
• Lake Campus SWAC; WEL, 2nd floor
• IGS Campus: Virtual appointments only

New Students to SWAC:

For your initial appointment, you must first be registered in the system. Visit us in person or call the following number: 416-675-5090 to get registered.

To register in person, please ensure you have the following documents with you, and bring them for every subsequent visit:

• your valid student identification card
• your valid provincial health card or
• your valid international student health insurance card.

Existing Students of SWAC:

We encourage you to book your appointment online through Pomelo. If you have not created your account yet, please contact our Client Care Facilitators in-person or by phone to register.

Counselling Appointments

Counselling Services is FREE to all currently enrolled students of Humber College and University of Guelph Humber.

Cancellation Policy 

Our cancellation policy is as follows: failure to provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or failure to attend a doctor’s appointment will result in a $25.00 fee being charged to your student account.
