Please Note: All students must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Students that arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled.
Before your assessment
Students writing with Testing Services will be required to show photo ID in order to complete their assessment (i.e., Humber student card, University of Guelph-Humber student card, government ID, etc.). All forms of ID must be valid and not expired. Digital copies of an original ID will not be accepted. Students must have the name on their exam booking match exactly to the name on their identification.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your assessment, when completing your assessment in-person in our Test Centre. If you are completing your test virtually, please login 15 minutes earlier.
Students are expected to follow direction of Testing Services invigilators and staff.
Your faculty will not be present for your assessment with Testing Services; however, Testing Services staff may be able to connect with them for clarifying questions.

After your assessment
When your test is complete, Testing Services staff will submit it to your faculty electronically.
Any concerns regarding the outcome of your assessment should be discussed with your faculty.
