Art Description (What inspired you to create the artwork?) During a 2019 exploration trip to my home country of Cuba, I reconnected with layers of history, culture and spirit that has been through years of revolution and change. Throughout the trip I was able to uncover the buzz around the city of La Habana and so many other locations. The city's historical past shines through the dust and rubble from years of neglect and continues to portray one of the worlds most magical cities. This image captures that feeling of moving through time as you would move through Havana.
