Provided all entrance requirements are met, graduates of Humber's Architectural Technology Advanced Diploma program will be granted a minimum of 83 transfer credits/exclusion credits of the 168 credits required for the Master of Architecture degree program at Lawrence Technological University. Track I of the M.Arch program is a direct entry master’s program, consisting of two parts: a 133-credit undergraduate curriculum, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and a 36-credit graduate-level curriculum, leading to a Master of Architecture.
Admission Requirement Successful completion of Humber's Architectural Technology program with an overall 3.0 GPA (or Humber equivalent) is required for automatic admission. Lower GPA’s (2.75 and above) may qualify on a case-by-case basis. Only the courses taken at Humber College that have earned a minimum grade of ‘C’ (or Humber equivalent) will be accepted by LTU. Although portfolios are not required for admission, they are required to verify each students’ attainment of all National Architecture Accrediting Board (NAAB) student performance criteria (SPC) that are assigned to any LTU studio or visual communication courses. Delivery mode: In-person Scholarship/Financial Aid Transfer students - once you have been admitted, LTU will automatically review your transcripts for transfer credit and merit scholarships. Students may also be eligible for scholarships offered exclusively through LTU's College of Architecture + Design. |
