Humber College and the University of Gloucestershire (UoG) have entered into an agreement to facilitate transfer from Humber's Public Relations program with exemption from 120CAT credits to UoG's MA Communications, PR and the Media. This program is available in-person and through distance with a January entry only. Admission Requirement Entry requirements Students must be in possession of a prior bachelors degree or equivalent. Qualifications and grades accepted/ required for entry are listed on individual course pages. Please note that all scholarships are made as tuition fee discounts, and only one scholarship per student can be granted.
Humber students applying to transfer on a formally mapped progression pathway listed on this page at undergraduate level are eligible for a Progression Partner Scholarship of £5,000, which is automatically applied against tuition. Please note that the scholarship is only available to students who are studying full time at the University of Gloucestershire on campus in the UK, and completing at least one full year or two semesters of study with intention of graduating with an undergraduate degree (not available for distance learning or Master's Stage students). Humber College students studying a full undergraduate or postgraduate taught course (no APL/transfer credit/top-ups), who meet the criteria, will be eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Merit Scholarship or Postgraduate Merit Scholarship. The Undergraduate Merit Scholarship has a value of £7,500 paid across 3 years of study. The Postgraduate Merit Scholarship has a value of £5,000. These scholarships are designed to reward academic excellence and require a separate application. (If awarded a Merit Scholarship, the student will not be eligible for a Global Scholarship, as only one financial award is permitted per student per degree programme.) Our Global Scholarship for international students is automatically applied against tuition for students transferring outside of a formal pathways.
