University of North Texas Health Science Center

Graduates of the Humber Wellness Coaching Ontario Graduate Certificate will transfer 15 credits from the program to the University of North Texas Health Science Center's M.S. in Lifestyle Health Sciences and Coaching degree. Graduates may receive credit for the following courses in the M.S in Lifestyle Health Sciences and Coaching degree:

• WELL 5001 - credit to LLHT 5303
• WELL 5304 - credit to LHLT 5304
• WELL 5506 - credit to LHLT 5305 and 5307
• WELL 5508 - credit to LHLT 5310

Therefore, graduates of the Humber Wellness and Coaching Ontario Graduate Certificate will complete 21 of the 36 credits required to complete the degree. Due to the cohort style of the MS degree, students will complete the courses in order and only during the offered terms. Students should complete the degree in one year. Graduate of the Humber Wellness and Coaching Ontario Certificate will complete the following courses:

Admission Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 3.0 GPA is recommended. Candidates with GPA below a 3.0 may be considered for conditional admission
• Completed application and $75 application fee.
• ALL official transcripts from U.S. accredited institutions. Applicants with international credits and/or degrees will be required to submit a WES iCAP (course-by-course) evaluation. 

A candidate's application will include:

• Resumé or curriculum vitae.
• Required application questions. 
• Two letters of recommendation from persons other than friends or family members who can speak to your performance in an academic or professional setting.
• Applicants will apply using the GradCas application portal following the posted deadline dates.
• UNTHSC will assist Program Candidates, in obtaining visas and other documents required by the U.S. government to comply with U.S. government regulations.
  Program Candidates will be required to comply with all U.S. immigration laws and requirements and provide a guarantee that they have the financial resources to
  meet all expenses, including international health insurance coverage to meet the minimum requirements of UNTHSC.
