1) Login
To access your FormTrackR database, you are required to login through FormTrackR. To do this, you need to use the Incognito/Private browser. To open this in your Chrome browser, use Command Control)/Shift/N
This will open a Private browser window, in here, put in the link that you were provided for your Secure Form. The link will start with https://humber.ca/formtrackr/....
2) Two-step authentication process
After you login to FormTrackR, you will automatically receive a temporary code by email, this code is for the two-factor authentication that is required to access your database. You will need to enter that code where prompted in FormTrackR, each time you access the database. You will also receive a different code each time to login.
3) Export/View Database
Once logged in to your FormTrackR database, you can use the "View" button at the top right of the screen to view the contents of the database, or "Export" to download the data onto your computer. Keep in mind that how you maintain and use this data, after download, should also follow Humber privacy and security guidelines.

4) Database Deletion
Each database will be completely deleted as per the dates outlined in your Secure Form Agreement. However, it is best practices to manually delete database content from FormTrackR after you have securely downloaded the information from the database onto your desktop.
