What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires an additional layer of confirmation before you can access sensitive information. When logging in to Humber Services you’ll be required to verify your login by answering a pop-up on your mobile phone, entering a code from an app, answering a call. If your account is compromised or used by a third party, they won’t be able to complete the second login step, and therefore won’t be able to access your account.
