Addressing Hidden Biases

It is important to ask ourselves about our hidden biases and what stereotypes we hold. We are socialized into a culture grounded in colonialism, white supremacy, heteropatriarchy, ableism, and Christianity. As a result, we all hold hidden biases. It is only through self-awareness that we can begin to address these biases.
